Returns & Cancellations

1. Order Cancellations

• Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• After Shipment: Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the package at the doorstep, and a refund will be processed (minus any shipping fees) once the product returns to our warehouse.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, items such as Innerwear, Cosmetics, and Jewelry are non-returnable. "Final Sale" items are also ineligible for return.

3. The Return Process

• Reverse Pickup: We offer reverse pickup services across most pin codes in India. If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you may need to self-ship the item.
• Self-Ship Bonus: If you self-ship an item due to a service gap, we will reimburse you up to ₹100 in store credit (receipt required).

4. Refunds & Timelines

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking) within 5–7 business days after the product passes quality check.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be issued as Bank Transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank details or UPI ID securely.
• Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Missing Items (The "Unboxing" Rule)
