Returns & Cancellations
At 24thmileGlobal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Cancellations policy carefully to understand your options and the process involved.
By placing an order on our Platform, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the package at the doorstep, and a refund will be processed (minus any shipping fees) once the product returns to our warehouse.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, items such as Innerwear, Cosmetics, and Jewelry are non-returnable. "Final Sale" items are also ineligible for return.
3. The Return Process
- Reverse Pickup: We offer reverse pickup services across most pin codes in India. If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you may need to self-ship the item.
- Self-Ship Bonus: If you self-ship an item due to a service gap, we will reimburse you up to ₹100 in store credit (receipt required).
4. Refunds & Timelines
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking) within 5–7 business days after the product passes quality check.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be issued as Bank Transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank details or UPI ID securely.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Missing Items (The "Unboxing" Rule)
To ensure a smooth claim process for damaged or missing items, we strongly recommend filming an unboxing video. Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 7709065277 or Email at info@24thmileglobal.com.
