Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.
- We do not ship on Sundays or National Holidays. You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay in processing due to high order volumes.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We partner with leading couriers (Delhivery, BlueDart, Shadowfax) to ensure your package reaches you safely. Estimated timelines are as follows:

3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Flat Rate: For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50-99 applies.
- COD Convenience Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹50 is charged for all Cash on Delivery orders to cover additional handling costs.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and Email with a tracking link and a unique AWB (Airway Bill) number. You can track your package in real-time through our logistics partner's website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
- COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000.
- To ensure successful delivery, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before dispatch.
- Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the package and pay the exact amount.
6. Undelivered Shipments (RTO)
If a shipment is returned to us (Return to Origin) due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal at the doorstep:
- Prepaid Orders: We can re-ship the order for an additional shipping fee or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
- COD Orders: The customer may be restricted from using the COD facility for future purchases.
7. Damaged Packaging
If you notice that the shipping box is crushed or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Note the damage on the courier’s slip and contact us immediately.
